No there is not any difference between a Consultant and a Freelancer. However, for a potential Client it may be helpful to know whether you are employed by a Company as a Consultant or work as an independent Freelancer. That’s why you need to select either one upon registration, but you can switch between Consultant and Freelancer any time whenever you want.
