Depending on your subscription chosen, your billing cycle is the monthly or annual period in which your Membership plan is paid and active.

Monthly Billing Cycle
Your monthly billing cycle begins at 12:00 AM CEST on the date of the paid Membership thru 11:59 PM CEST of the following month's date (e.g. Jan 20 at 12:00 AM CEST – Feb 19 at 11:59 PM CEST). Note your billing cycle is a period from the date your Membership begins and not the first of the month (e.g. Jan 1 – Jan 31).

Membership plans are automatically renewed and charged to your designated default payment method each month. If you wish to avoid being charged your monthly fee, your Membership must be cancelled or downgraded at least 24 hours before the start of next billing cycle. Another option available to avoid being charged your monthly fee is to opt out of auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the start of next billing cycle. No changes can be made to your Membership on the last day of your billing cycle.

If the monthly Membership fee is not paid our system will try to do a recurring payment charge for 7 days, if the charge is not successful within those 7 days your account will be automatically downgraded to one of the Basic plans.

Annual Billing Cycle
Your annual billing cycle begins at 12:00 AM CEST on the date of the paid Membership thru 11:59 PM CEST of the following year's date (e.g. Jan 20, 2016 at 12:00 AM CEST – Jan 19, 2017 at 11:59 PM CEST). Note your billing cycle is a period from the date your Membership begins and not the first of the year (e.g. Jan 1 – Dec 31).

Membership plans are automatically renewed and charged to your designated default payment method each year. If you wish to avoid being charged your annual fee, your Membership must be cancelled or downgraded at least 24 hours before the start of next billing cycle.
