If you are subscribing to one of our paid Memberships, you will be purchasing directly via PayPal or Stripe depending on what payment processor you have chosen. No credit card information is passes or is stored on our servers. For recurring subscriptions your card number will be collected and stored securely by a subscription management service system for automatic renewals via PayPal or Stripe.
Considering the above, we at Consultants 500 never, ever have access to your full credit card information. Via our transaction dashboards at PayPal / Stripe we are only able to see some details about the transaction for reference, such as the last four digits of your credit card number, but not your full card information or CVC (security code).
Finally, we will never ask for any credit card details from you via email or phone so if this happens it is likely that fraud is in play and you should never provide these details. In that case directly contact your credit card Company and our Customer Support at support@consultants500.zendesk.com.
