Downgrade Membership to Plus
- You can downgrade your Membership to Plus at any time.
- Such downgrade to Plus becomes effective after the end of the current Premium Membership period.
- It does not matter, whether or not you are in your trial period of your Premium plan.
Downgrade Membership to Basic
- Any downgrade to Basic becomes effective DIRECTLY.
- No refund is given for the remaining Membership period.
- It does not matter, whether or not you are in your trial period of a Membership plan.
Cancel Membership
- When you cancel your Membership your plan will be downgraded to Basic with DIRECT effect.
- No refund is given for the remaining Membership period.
- It does not matter, whether or not you are in your trial period of a Membership plan.
Note:
Memberships must be canceled or downgraded at least one day prior to the next billing date to avoid being automatically charged for the next Membership period.
