The main difference is that Consultants and Freelancers can get direct Feedback from their Clients while a Company cannot. However, a Company does have Feedback attached to them being the average Feedback received of all Consultants connected to that Company. So the average Feedback received by all Consultants connected to a Company determine a Company’s Feedback rating.
Other than that there is no real difference between a Company and a Consultant / Freelancer and Clients can directly get in touch with all three via personal email / phone, while Consultants / Freelancers also have access to online chat / email functionality which a Company does not have.
